THE ISLA CANELA APARTMENT IN HUELVA COSTA DEL LUZ

Modern, stylish and comfortable two bed first floor apartment in the marina. Gated development with lifts from secure car park to all floors. Sleeps four/six people the apartment has one bathroom, one shower room, fully fitted kitchen/utility, two bedrooms, lounge/diner leading onto the terrace with sea view and communal pool.
Three minutes away from best beach in Spain - five miles of golden sand. On a conservation Island linked by road and bridge to the Portuguese Algarve and the town of Ayamonte. Restaurants, mini markets and shops in marina complex. Genuine unspoilt Spanish town of Ayamonte is only a ten minute drive away and only forty five minutes from Faro airport, an hour and a half from Seville airport and three hours from Jerez airport.
Conveniently situated to allow you to explore the Portuguese Algarve, Donana National Park and Seville. Plenty of golf courses in the area including two courses on Isla Canela also tennis, paddle tennis, football and a basketball court available on the public courts opposite the apartment. Isla Canela is a fantastic Island for walking, jogging or cycling you can hire a bike or two from the marina. We provide linen, beach towels and electric hair dryer. Maid service, Airport transfers, welcome shop, cot and high chair hire available at an extra cost.
LOUNGE AND DINING ROOM
L shape sofa bed sleeps two comfortably when open measures 150 cm wide by 230 cm long. Full linen is provided for up two extra people.
Selection of adult and children's games, books and DVD's on the bookshelf next to the television.
TELEVISION SKY DVD CD RADIO AND I POD / MP3 SPEAKER
Opposite the sofa we have a twenty eight inch television with satellite dish to pick up all the news, sports and free view channels. If you want the pay channels then you need to bring your own sky card but don't forget to take it back home with you on the day of your departure.
We have a combined DVD /CD/DIGITAL RADIO the radio can pick up all your favourite programmes so no need to miss the Archers while your in Spain and this is all connected to five speakers.We also provide in the apartment a large DVD collection for all the family to enjoy on your odd night in, a list of the films will be sent to you when you make your booking.
Next to the television is the dining room table and six chairs but the table can be extended to seat 8 people (2 dressing table stools from the bedrooms double up for dinning table stools). We have glass topped the table so you do not have to worry about staining and we also have enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for 12 place settings.
MAIN BEDROOM
King-size bed with firm sprung mattress topped with a mattress pad for extra comfort. Next to the bed are two glass topped bedside cabinets with matching bedside lights and opposite the bed is a glassed topped dressing table, mirror and stool. We also provide an electric hair dryer, linen basket, dustbin and full length mirror. There is ample wardrobe space with wooden clothes hangers provided for you to hang your clothes during your stay. Bed are ready made up for your arrival and have a top and bottom sheet plus a summer 4.5 togs or winter 9.00 togs duvet and two pillows, hand and bath towel are also provided per person. The windows have black-out blinds and are dressed with white curtains to match the duvet covers. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower curtain.
SECOND BEDROOM
Two twin beds with firm mattress topped with a mattress pad for extra comfort. Hook-on bedside tray and bedside light and opposite the bed is a matching glass topped dressing table stool and mirror. Double wardrobe with ample draw and hanging space (Wooden hangers provided.) Linen basket and dustbin. Both beds are ready made up for your arrival and have a top and bottom sheet plus a summer 4.5 togs or winter 9.00 togs duvet and pillows, hand and bath towel are also provided per person. The windows have black-out blinds and are dressed with white curtains to match the duvet covers. Next to the second bedroom is a shower room with shower cubicle, wc and basin.
EN SUITE BATHROOM AND SHOWER ROOM
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fully tiled with marble flooring and stainless steel accessories. The bath also comes with a shower attachment and shower curtain, so you can choose whether to shower or bath, bidet, wc and a basin with a large light up mirror and wrap around cosmetic shelf under the sink.
Next to the second bedroom we have a shower room, fully tiled, with marble flooring and stainless steel accessories. The shower cubicle has sliding doors, wc, basin with a large light up mirror and wrap around cosmetic shelf under the sink. Both bathrooms provided with bath mats.
KITCHEN / UTILITY ROOM
The kitchen is small but fully fitted with electric oven, grill, hob and air vent, microwave, Siemens frost free fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch coffee maker, Bosch toaster, Kenwood electric kettle and an electric hand blender. Fully equipped with everything you will need from corkscrew to measuring jug. We have enough crockery, cutlery and glass wear for twelve place settings, enough to allow the dishwasher to get full and we have also provided a range of plastic plates, bowls, beakers, and cutlery for toddlers in doors and also for everyone to use on picnics on the beach or days out or for cold drinks around the swimming pool area where glass is not permitted for safety reason.
The Utility room has the hot water tank plus the Bosch washing machine and clothes horse and pegs to dry clothes on. Ironing board and iron plus some extra shelving. Hoover, broom bucket and mop etc.
TERRACE AND SEA VIEW
Sea view terrace that is also overlooking the sports courts. The 5 miles of golden sandy beach is a three walk away. If you look to the right you will see the apartment communal swimming pool for the apartment block open from Easter to the end of September . The terrace is a nice size and we have a wrought iron round table with frosted glass top and four matching chairs with thick back and seat padded cushion .There is also a storage box with various beach equipment which can be used by guests. The terrace is lit at night . We provide ashtrays for people who wish to smoke but please only smoke on the terrace
