If you're looking for great place to stay for your holiday come to our affordable comfortable stylish apartment with fresh white linen and towels provided on the exclusive Duquesa Suites golf and Gardens complex. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with a large walled in terrace over looking the beautiful tropical gardens and cascading pond. Make a splash or simply relax by one of the two hotel size swimming pools or play tennis on the paddle tennis court. There is also a small toddler play-area next to the communal barbecue and a children's pool next to the main swimming pool. The beach is only a short drive away next to the port which is full of restaurants and bars to cater for your evening out. Next to the complex is a Spanish style courtyard of lovely places to eat and drink in a relaxing setting. Duquesa Golf course is five minutes walk away.
Gated complex with 24 hour security and parking place opposite terrace for easy access to apartment. Air/heat Con Satellite TV DVD CD Digital Radio all BBC channels. Spa bath, mod kitchen with dish washer, washing machine and microwave. Books, Games and DVD film collection in apartment for guest to use during there stay.
LOUNGE AND DINING ROOM
When you walk in through the front door on to the marbled cream floors into the hallway there are coat hooks to your left and the kitchen entrance door to your right walk straight ahead into the high ceilinged large spacious lounge dining room which leads onto the terrace. To your right is the glassed topped dining table which can seat comfortably six people and when needed will extend to seat eight to ten . We also have enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for 12 place settings, enough to let the dishwasher get full. There is a hatch opening from the kitchen to make eating at the dining room table easy. Just past the dining room table is the L shaped sofa bed and a coffee table opposite the sofa bed is the television Satellite TV DVD CD and Digital radio providing you with the free view channels if you want extras sky channels please bring your own card with you. We then have a bookcase next to the Television full with books, games and a large DVD collection. The glass sliding doors onto the terrace are dressed with nets and curtains. The L shape sofa bed sleeps 2 comfortably when open measures 150 cm wide by 230 cm long Full linen is provided for up to 2 people.
TELEVISION SKY DVD CD RADIO AND I POD / MP3 SPEAKER
Opposite the sofa we have a twenty eight inch TV connected to Sky with all the freeview channels so you can pick up all the news sports and BBC and ITV channels . If you want more you can bring your own sky card and access all Sky stations. We have a combined DVD / CD and RADIO and it is all connected to five speakers. The connections for a play station is under a front panel if you wish to bring your machine and games with you.
MAIN BEDROOM
King-size bed with firm sprung mattress a 2 drawer bedside table with two wall mounted bed side lights for Bedtime reading. Matching dressing table, mirror and stool opposite the bed. We also provide a safe inside the fitted wardrobes, an electric hair dryer, laundry basket, tissue box holder and full length mirror. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and ample wardrobe space with hangers. Beds have top and bottom sheets plus duvets. Summer 4.5 togs winter 9.00 togs two pillows per person and bath, hand and beach towels are also provided. The windows have black-out roll down shutters, nets and white curtains to match duvet covers.
EN – SUITE BATHROOM TO MAIN BEDROOM
This modern 4 -suite bathroom comes with it own spa bath. The bath can also be used as a shower. We have also provided two mirrored large cabinets above the sink for all your cosmetics to be stored away safely during your stay. White bath towels, hand towels and bath mat are provided. We also provide a blue beach towel per guest to use around the swimming pool area.
SHOWER ROOM
This is a Modern 3- suite shower room. The shower is enclosed by a squared patterned glass and we have also provided two mirrored, large cabinets above the sink for all your cosmetics to be stored away safely during your stay. White bath towels, hand towels and bath mat are provided. We also provide a blue beach towel per guest to use around the swimming pool area
SECOND BEDROOM
Two twin beds with firm sprung mattress 90 cm x 200 cm. Matching dressing table, mirror and stool opposite the bed. We also provide a laundry basket and tissue box holder. There is ample wardrobe and draw space to put your clothes ( hangers provided). Beds have top and bottom sheets plus duvets. Summer 4.5 togs winter 9.00 togs two pillows per person and bath, hand and beach towels are also provided. The windows have black-out roll down shutters, nets and white curtains to match duvet covers. Next door to this room you have use of the modern 3 - suite shower room.
KITCHEN / UTILITY ROOM
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven / grill and electric hob Microwave / grill Fridge / freezer Dishwasher Toaster Kettle Hand Blender and fully equipped with everything you will need from corkscrew to measuring jug. The Utility room has the hot water tank plus the Washing Machine in addition to a clothes horses and pegs to dry clothes on the terrace and when everything is clean and dry we have an Ironing board and iron if needed.
TERRACE AND COMMUNAL AREAS
The main bedroom and lounge lead onto the large sunny terracotta terrace and this gives the apartment a greater sense of space. The terrace is furnished with a trendy round glass and silver metal table with six matching chairs and two matching sun loungers. The terrace is partly covered by the balcony above but gets plenty of sun all day long. Situated on the more exclusive side of the development the terrace is opposite the gardens and cascading ponds. The small private road in front makes it ideal for easy access with luggage, shopping etc…. The terrace is walled around with entrance gained either via the lounge or main bedroom from the inside of the apartment or via a lockable gate giving access to all the communal areas but making it very safe for small children to play in the open. We provide ashtrays for people who wish to smoke but please only smoke on the terrace . To the left of the terrace is the small children's play area and communal barbeque area you also can see the sea from this spot. Opposite the apartments are the gardens and ponds of cascading water which leads to the first of two hotel size swimming pool for adults and the smaller safer children's pool. Sun beds are provided, the other swimming pool is on the inner side of the apartment building. The security guards and entrance comes next and just a little further along is the paddle tennis court.
